The Slender Shad is a thin bodied, long tail dropshot bait. The minnow-like body, and 4 inch profile resembles a baitfish more closely than traditional dropshot worms.
Designed to mimic an isolated baitfish, the Slender Shad's thin tail causes a swift darting upwards motion and a smooth randomized downfall, emulating a panicked shad moving up and down in the water column. The frantic, varying movements increases the chance that your bait will fall right in front of a fish, helping you convert fish on the graph to fish in the boat.
